By accessing and using Detail King Garage's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Terms

  • All services must be booked in advance
  • Vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled time
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is unsafe
  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon service completion
  • We accept major credit cards and cash
  • Corporate accounts require prior arrangement
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Service dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Partial refunds may be offered for incomplete services
  • No refunds for completed services unless quality issues are proven

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price
  • Rescheduling is free with 24-hour notice

Liability

Detail King Garage is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
  • Loss of personal items left in the vehicle
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Acts of nature or force majeure
